Don eSNAX De La Mancha

15ft. high, 2023, aerosol paint,

Tatnuck Square, 651 Chandler St, Worcester, MA.

This mural was painted during a block party in Worcester, MA held by a local art supply store, Artifakt Supply.

I was very influenced by the work of Kiptoe and his video series of traveling across South America and being influenced by his surroundings. As I have never been to Colombia, where my family is from, this piece is what I imagine the country to be like: full of adventure.

The title is a reference to the famous book, Don Quixote de la Mancha, which I grew up seeing a lot of as my dad loves the book, listens to the audiobook often and has drawings/paintings of it around the house.

Below are later additions to the wall by artists OSKIADE Jaleel, Croc Paints, and Eamon Gillen.
