It was a dream of mine to add to the colourful neighborhoods in La Comuna 13 in Medellin, Colombia and paint a mural. I learned about the history of the Comuna and was moved to paint something joyous, inspirational and funny to spread some positivity the space. SNAX is busting his best breakdance move, swinging around the pole while sporting a superhero cape.

This was painted on a wall owned by a local elementary school and faces a small performance space. I met some kids, other locals and drank a lot of Pony Malta while painting this. This was a fun day I’ll remember for a long time.
